Email Notifications


E-mail notifications can be sent automatically when invoices are paid in full or in part.

Notification emails for customers and your own email addresses (admin emails) can be set up under “QR-Bill > Settings > Emails”.

 

1. Admin emails

Admin emails can be sent to any email address. One or more email addresses can be entered in the “Email address(es)” field, separated by a semicolon (;).

E.g.: hans.muster@mysite1.ch; franz.mueller@mysite2.ch

Under “Send admin emails” you can choose whether an email notification is sent for each booking of an invoice or only when an invoice has been paid in full (“Paid” status).

If the checkbox “Use WooCommerce template” is activated, the layout of WooCommerce emails will be used. The contents of the “Heading” field will then be displayed accordingly in the title area of the WooCommerce email.

The content of the email can be specified under “Message”. Tags can be used to dynamically insert content.

2. Customer emails

The settings for customer e-mails are analogous to the admin emails, but the “Email address(es)” field is omitted because the email address is automatically taken from the invoice.
