Create PDF invoices and packing slips

There are several options for generating invoices and packing slips:

• Creation of a payment slip without invoice data.
• Creation of an invoice PDF with or without a payment slip.
• Creation of a packing slip.

Creation of a payment slip without invoice data

If no template is selected under “QR-Bill > Settings > PDF > Invoice > Template”, a PDF with a payment slip will be created for orders with the “QR-Bill” payment method or for manual creation via “QR-bill > Invoices”, which can be attached to email and downloaded by the customer.

Creation of an invoice PDF with or without a payment slip

If the PDF should contain additional data in addition to the payment slip, a template can be added under “QR-Bill > Templates”. The content of the template can be specified in the PDF Editor.

To use the template for invoices, it must be selected under “QR-bill > Settings > PDF > Invoice > Template”.

If invoice PDFs are to be generated for all payment methods (not just QR-Bill), the “Use for all payment methods” option can be activated on the same page. In invoice PDFs of orders with payment methods other than “QR-Bill” the QR payment slip is not displayed i.e. only the content defined in the PDF Editor is contained.

Creation of a packing slip

Similar to the creation of invoice PDFs, a template must first be created, which must be selected under “QR-Bill > Settings > PDF > Packing slip > Template” in order to automatically generate packing slips for all payment methods.
